Once my car warms up yes. Then I grip the wheel in terror as I have no heat in my tires and can't build any traction.

What's your definition of cold weather? For me, anything under 75 is "winter".

No Turbo here, but now that its cool, my engine is running strong ,and my winter tires are being blown off. Too many torques lol.
